About Rombe

Rombe is short for "Romance to Be"—a name that truly reflects who we are. Tucked away as one of Melbourne's hidden gems, Rombe is the kind of place you discover and are pleasantly surprised by.

We created Rombe as a place for everyone—a place to gather, celebrate, connect and create special memories. We believe in keeping things local, supporting Victorian small businesses and giving back to the community around us.

With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, we bring our passion, knowledge and genuine love of hospitality to everything we do. Whether you're joining us for brunch, a celebration or one of life's biggest moments, we want every visit to feel warm, personal and truly special.
